What is a tracking number and where can I find it?
A tracking number (or ID) is a unique combination of digits and sometimes letters used to follow a shipment. It is usually provided by the sender or online store (order confirmation, shipping email, account area).
When will my tracking information appear?
Events typically appear within 24–48 hours after our systems receive the tracking ID, then the timeline updates until delivery.
Why doesn’t my tracking number/ID work?
Check the format (at least 5 characters, no stray spaces or special characters). If needed, contact the sender to confirm the number.
Can I track my shipment without my code?
Without a tracking number, contact the sender. Some carriers accept an internal reference (e.g., order number). Otherwise, contact the seller’s support.
